From preparing the medical invitation letter to helping you apply for visa extension, AOHC handles every step. We coordinate directly with the authorities and guide you at each stage—so you can focus entirely on your health and recovery.
The AOHC team applies for the Medical Invitation Letter issued by the Government of India. This is the first and most important step before applying for your visa and takes 1 working day once all required documents are received.

Each person traveling must submit their own copies. Once received, AOHC initiates the invitation request.
As mentioned in Step 1, once the Government of India Medical Invitation Letter is issued (usually within 24 working hours of submission), the AOHC team assists you in applying for the Medical Visa. The visa approval typically takes 7–8 working days.
