The management of metastatic breast cancer in patients with a complex oncologic history requires a nuanced, integrative approach. This case highlights a woman in her 60s with Stage IV bilateral breast cancer and a prior history of Hodgkin’s and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, who achieved complete remission through precision-guided, low-toxicity therapy. Her care combined molecular profiling, metabolic and targeted therapies, and a robotic nipple-sparing mastectomy, resulting in full resolution of bone metastases, tumor clearance, and a safe, cosmetically favorable recovery.
