Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellation: Cancellations are considered only if requested immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. The merchant will verify the issue at their end.
- Discrepancies: Report any discrepancies between the received product and the website description to our Customer Service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will take appropriate action after reviewing the complaint.
- Warranty Issues: For products with manufacturer warranties, please refer issues to the manufacturer.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.
